We're very sorry to hear this. First we would recommend trying to delete and re-download the edition: 

  1. Go to My Library, tap the 3 dots below the issue and tap Delete.
  2. Fully close the app, then re-open.
  3. Re-download the issue. 

If the problem persists please go to Options then 'Contact Us' and provide us with details of the edition and fault, we will then investigate.
