If you are encountering an error when trying to place an order this could be due to various reasons such as:
- The card being used has expired
- The PayPal link in your account needs to be refreshed
- There are not enough funds in your account
- Incorrect details have been used
- Connection problems
If you are trying to use PayPal and are getting the message ‘Sorry, payment failed!’ you can go to this link and select ‘Unlink PayPal’. Once you have done this, please try to checkout again and you will be able to re-enter/ update your Paypal details.
If your card has expired and you need to update it you can remove your card details through this link and then add a new one.
